Soledad Lysak is the Managing Director of TotalEnergies Gas Cono Sur, leading the company’s natural gas operations across Argentina and the Southern Cone. With over 17 years at TotalEnergies, Soledad has built a dynamic international career across Latin America, Europe, and Asia, combining commercial strategy, infrastructure leadership, and cross-border energy development. Since July 2022, she has overseen a team of 19 professionals and the daily dispatch of more than 39 million cubic metres of natural gas—capturing a 32% share of Argentina’s gas market. Her remit spans both domestic distribution and regional exports, positioning TotalEnergies as a central player in Southern Cone energy integration and supply resilience. Prior to her current role, Soledad served as Senior Strategy & Business Development Manager at TotalEnergies Marketing Asia Pacific & Middle East in Singapore, where she led mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and long-term planning across emerging markets. She also held key leadership positions in Paris, focusing on global accounts, contract negotiations, and strategic project development within upstream and marketing divisions. Her earlier experience includes nearly seven years at Chevron Argentina, where she specialised in supply chain management and public affairs, laying the groundwork for her future leadership in the international energy sector. Soledad will participate in the second edition of Argentina Energy Week, where she will provide a regional perspective on natural gas markets, infrastructure strategies, and the evolving role of gas in the global energy transition.
