With over 30 years of experience in Business Strategy, Management, Organizational Culture, Corporate Governance, Communication, Institutional Relations, and ESG, I have worked in various companies such as Natura, Accor, Saint Gobain Group, BTA (Organizational Culture Change Consultancy), CEBDS (Brazilian Business Council for Sustainable Development), and the Swiss-Swedish multinational ABB, a leading company in electrical engineering and industrial automation. During my 18 years at ABB, I held the position of Executive Director of Communication, Marketing, and Institutional Relations for Brazil and South America. Additionally, I served as the Director of the ABB Institute and was a member of the People Committee, Ethics Committee, and Ombudsperson. As the CEO of the Grupo Mulheres do Brasil(Women of Brazil Group), a non-profit organization, I made significant contributions during my 3-year tenure from 2019 to 2021. The organization has grown to include 110,000 volunteers in Brazil and abroad, operating in 160 countries and focusing on 21 Cause Committees, including Education, Health, Violence against Women, Racial and Gender Equality, and Employability. Leadership in Advocacy work in the development of positioning, articulation and joint defense with the Chamber of Deputies and Senate for the new Basic Sanitation Regulatory Framework from 2019 until its approval in Jul 2020; Currently, I hold the position of Country Director at Worldfund Brazil (Educando), an NGO dedicated to transforming Latin American youth education through continuous training and support for teachers and school principals. Through the STEM Brazil Program, we have impacted over 16,000 teachers and 1 million students. I am a member of Women Corporate Directors (WCD) and of the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC) since 2016. I participated in the 1st Scientific Committee on Sustainable Finance led by the British Embassy in 2020/2021. Additionally, I have served on the Communication and Capital Markets Committees of IBGC for 5 years, as well as on the Ethics in Governance Committee for 2 years. I am also an Advisory Board Member of the Adus Institute, focusing on refugee inclusion and Plain International. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Faculdade Cásper Líbero, a post-graduate degree in Marketing from ESPM (Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing), and have completed the Senior Business Administration program at IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland. I have also completed the Board of Directors Program at IBGC in 2016 and 2022.
